Lynne Clark Weaver has an extensive background in business and holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the State University of New York at Geneseo where she majored in Management Science and minored in Computer Science.
Lynne held corporate management positions at both Bausch & Lomb Corporate Headquarters in Rochester, NY and the Sutherland Group for over 18 years, where she received numerous awards and recognitions for her management and business achievements.
Lynne has been instrumental in the start-up and operations of several not-for-profit organizations. Most recently, Lynne served in a ministerial capacity from 2004-2010 as Director of Crosswinds Downtown, an outreach and extension ministry of Crosswinds Wesleyan Church in Canandaigua, NY. While serving in this role, Lynne managed a wide variety of programs to serve those in need in the community, and oversaw various outreach ministries that cared for countless individuals and families throughout the region.
Lynne is certified in Mental Health First Aid, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) and safeTALK (Suicide Alertness), and has received other trainings in regards to mental health, mental illness, and suicide awareness and prevention.
Lynne has tremendous compassion and understanding regarding the issues of mental health, mental illness, and suicide, and is dedicated to helping those who are struggling with these issues.
Eric and Lynne are married and together have a total of five children and seven grandchildren.
